WEST HILL Update

We are pleased to inform you that the construction works at WEST HILL are accelerating and that 25% of the project has already been sold.

Levanda

We are currently carrying out works at Levanda where the foundation and basement  have been constructed. Once we have completed the structural works at level 1, towards the beginning of March 2022, we will then be proceeding with the construction of the north portion of the projects’ main landscape works which plateau above this level.

In parallel to the works at Levanda, we have now completed our responsibilities as far as the ancient quarry is concerned. The archaeological site has been backfilled under the supervision of the Department of Antiquities to provide it with protection throughout the construction of the project.

Dhalia & Lilia

The achievement of this long-awaited milestone has enabled us to begin our specialised excavation works for the Dhalia and Lilia buildings which should be completed in the first week of February.

The common foundation works for these two buildings will follow throughout February with scheduled completion at the end of that month. Following this, we will then initiate the coordinated and speedy construction of both buildings.
