Although a great deal of residential construction has been done for the developing division of the Group, the contracting arm has, on many occasions, also been recruited by other developers and clients to construct their finest projects.

West Hill
The land on which the West Hill development is to be built has a linear form which is dissected by a substantial rock formation, shaping an elevated plateau to the East upon which a uniquely designed building is to project over a dramatic precipice. At the foot of the rocky backdrop, a further three buildings are to be constructed together with a service road and communal swimming pool.
The severity of the slopes and fluctuations in ground elevation as well as the archaeology of ancient Amathounta are only a few of the challenges, which are expected to be faced during the construction of this complex.
Estimated cost €6,000,000 over a 2 year construction period.

Savoya
Savoya is a 4,000m2 residential seafront development which involved the entire conversion of a 3* hotel and structural strengthening of its frame and foundations. The development comprises 15 luxury units and communal areas with pools and water features. Total construction cost €5,000,000. Construction of Phase 1 began in 2008 and completed in 2010. Phase 2 was completed in December 2018.
The Corniche
The Corniche is a multi-use sea front development comprising a 9-floor concrete frame structure to the South, which houses apartments, shops and offices. To the North of the site a steel structure comprises over-ground parking and spa facilities (pool, sauna, gym).
Due to the poor quality of the soil and existence of ground water at a shallow depth a grid of piles, up to 25m deep, was constructed for the foundation to rest on. The foundation incorporates crystalizing agents and micro silica to contract the presence of water and potential for chemical attack on the structure.
The Address
The Address is a residential medium rise seafront development including a 13-storey tower, totalling 8,000m2 comprising 33 luxury units, 2,000m2 basement, communal areas with pools and spa facilities. Construction began in September 2017 and completion is scheduled for the end of 2019.
It is worth noting that pile foundations were constructed and bentonite membranes were used in combination with concrete crystallizing agents which were incorporated into the foundation for protection against water and chemical attack on the structure.
Crown Mansion & Princess Court
Construction of 3 blocks of luxury flats comprising 23 luxury units with pool and spa facilities in Limassol over a 14 month period.
Several layers of engineered backfill material were used beneath the foundation to replace the weak orchard soil, which runs deep throughout the Germasogeia area.
Krenia Residence
Krenia Residence is a relatively small block of 16 apartments very close to the beach in Limassol. The structure covers 100% of the plot making the construction process very restricted and leading to several logistical challenges.
It is also worth noting that the basement lies within the depth of the underground waters, which led to the adoption of dewatering and shoring techniques.
Krenia & Elita
Krenia & Elita are a pair of blocks of flats in the city centre of Limassol. Construction was completed in 2007 and the final cost was close to €2,000,000.
Krenia Gardens
Krenia Gardens was built in the early 1990s and was the first project undertaken for the development division of the group. The complex includes 9 villas, landscaped gardens and a pool.
