Four Seasons Hotel
The company carried out the extension of the luxury hotel towards the West with new suites, pools and spa facilities. Project construction cost €3,000,000. Project duration 7 months.

Amathus Beach Hotel
The company had been involved in multiple renovations to the hotel during the 90s. The latest involvement (2017) comprised the renovation of the pool area and refinishing of the pool, construction of feature verandas (150m2) on ground floor level and re-landscaping and renovation of the garden and restaurant areas. Total construction cost €400,000 over a 50-day period.

Le Meridien Spa & Resort
The company was tasked with building Le Meridien Hotel’s multi-million euro 5-floor east wing comprising 45 guest rooms, administrative offices and modern conference facilities in 1995. Notably, it was the first time the Company deployed a tower crane in one of its projects – a machine it owns and operates to this day.
Our involvement in the hotel however has been multi-phased over its lifetime. Total construction value over the years is €7,500,000. Notable phases also include refurbishment of a number of bungalows and the total renovation of the entrance and pool landscaped areas.

Curium Palace
Renovation and refurbishment was carried out for the Curium Palace Hotel in Limassol. The hotel’s lobby and public areas were entirely renovated, an extension to the restaurant was constructed and the bathrooms of the hotel suites were replaced. Work was also carried out on the swimming pool and surrounding areas.
Construction cost €2,700,000 over a 9-month period.

Antara Palace
A grand villa featuring Romanesque statues, mosaics and fountains set in a palatial landscape in Polis Chrisochous. Antara Palace was conceived by Hungarian property developer Sandor Kenyeres and purpose built as a spa and wellness retreat. Contract value €7,500,000.
Fasouri Watermania Waterpark
Construction of Phase 1 of Cyprus’s biggest thematic park including pools, lazy river and steel water slide towers. Phase 2 included the construction of the wave pool and surrounding areas. Construction cost €1,900,000.
