In the year 1999 the Company celebrated its 10-year anniversary by moving into its brand new headquarters in Limassol. To this day, the building stands as a proud milestone in the Company’s history.

Medochemie Pegasus
Our company constructed the new multimillion Euro logistics facility for Medochemie pharmaceutical industry in its Limassol industrial estate to support its ever growing international presence. Spread over an area in excess of 6,000 square meters, the complex includes steel hangar and reinforced concrete structures to house its various activities. State of the art inventory management equipment was integrated into the facility during construction.

CYTA Limassol Headquarters
The headquarters of the Cyprus Telecoms Authority in Limassol in the historic centre of town was also constructed by our company. Advanced structural engineering techniques were employed using carbon fibre reinforcement to strengthen a substantial amount of the existing structure.

Winsdor Brokers
Winsdor Broker's building houses the headquarters of an international firm in Limassol. The building comprises 2 basements constructed adjacent to 2 existing buildings on either side of the site as well as a main arterial road to the South. Excavation retaining was achieved through the use of gunnite and injection anchors.

Dena House
Our company constructed the six storey building on the busy Agia Zonis Street in the centre of Limassol. The building comprises a large showroom with a mezzanine on the ground floor and additional 5 floors of office space above.

Nousis Silver Centre
The building stands adjacent to a commercial street in an area of Limassol which has developed into one of the most significant business districts in the city. Its main architectural feature is its characteristic glass façade.

Atkins Centre can be found on the busy Anexartisias Street where all the shops and cafes are located. Atkins Centre is a five-storey commercial building with a shop on the ground floor and offices above.
